Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding Federal holidays within the United States. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Orders are shipped following the approval of your payment. Our ability to ship orders the same day is dependent on numerous factors, such as the time the order is placed, volume of orders scheduled to ship that day, and availability of stock. Amazon.com maintains our inventory and controls ship times.

Shipping Methods
The initial shipment for any subscription you order will be sent via the shipping method you select. The shipping methods available vary according to the location to which the package will be delivered. Each shipping method has different restrictions and policies, which are determined by Amazon.com. They each have different charges, which will be applied to your order. The charges are calculated based on the ship method, total weight of the package, and the location to which it is being shipped. When you place an order on our website, your total charges, including shipping, will compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

PO Boxes
The only shipping methods available for addresses containing a PO Box are United States Postal Service (USPS) first-class mail or Priority Mail. Express delivery is not available. If you require express delivery, you must provide a street address.

Delivery Times
Klein Pictures does not guarantee delivery times for any shipment. If you select a commercial shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, as your shipping method, any delivery guarantees made by them are the responsibility of that company. You can estimate delivery times by viewing the times listed for the shipping method you select on that shipping company’s website. If you are using this type of shipping service and provide us with your email address, we will send you an email listing the tracking information. That email will be sent when the package is shipped. Using the tracking number in the email, you can view the delivery status of your item. Packages shipped via USPS are not always trackable.

The time from shipping to delivery varies widely, depending on location, the time of year, events that impact postal deliveries, customs processes and many other factors. Klein Pictures cannot accept responsibility for the variable delivery timeframes of the postal system.

Duties and Taxes
Packages shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, taxes or import duties applied by the country to which the order is shipped. These charges, which vary by country, are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. Contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that delivery of shipments may be delayed by customs duties and local postal requirements.
